Kathryn Anderson

Kathryn Anderson comes to the project team following more than ten years in professional management of university-industry engagement, covering entrepreneurship, economic development partnering, and employer engagement. She has first-hand experience working in structural adjustment projects from perspectives as a stakeholder, activator, and partner. Kathryn is a published academic author, writing on workforce engagement and the role of the university in economic development.  

She is the co-editor of Knowledge in Action, a collection of case studies of university-community engagement from across Australia, a founding partner in UIIN Asia-Pacific, and has held senior roles in Engagement Australia and the National Association of Graduate Career Advisory Services. Her contribution to the project looks at the role of repurposed industrial sites in new economic realities.
